Mondays
- Ministry Mondays 6:30-8pm meets to be purposeful in developing our serving skills and to coordinate ministry efforts. All are welcome.
- dIVe (Intentional Valparaiso) is a small group for post-High School and young adults from all over Northwest Indiana. They meet at Life Bridge Cafe on Mondays from 8:00pm-10ish.
Tuesdays
- Tuesday Midweek Bible Study Potluck Dinner at 6:30 followed by studies for children, students, and adults! Current study: "On the Move: 40 Days of Courage”
Thursdays
- Worship Arts Bible Study and Band Practice Thursdays 7-8pm Study followed by band practice
Sundays
- Worship Service @ Life Bridge 9am & 11am! Current Series: On the Move: 40 Days of Courage
- Encounter Student Worship Fall Harvest Party at Kersker’s 4-8pm

The Glosses Section
I’ve been struggling this week with Hebrew class because, with all the time I’ve been spending on it, it didn’t seem like I was keeping up. I had missing puzzle pieces. We are doing midterm projects and, for Hebrew, this includes translating passages of Scripture. Parts of the passages, though, were just not making sense. It was all Greek to me!

Men’s Shelter Laundry Time
One last time this season!
Our time serving with the men’s shelter is coming to an end this season. It is time to do laundry and prepare it for the spring.
Simply pick up a bag in the cafe near Vagabond Partner display, wash the linens, and return them to Life Bridge by Thursday evening.
Thursday evening (Oct 20th) the linens will be counted and packed up in preparation for the spring!

Circles of Grace is a ministry out of Kouts Christian Church, which strives to serve the Hilltop community and those blessed by a meal on the second Friday of each month.
Join us as we work together with this ministry to reach out to our community. Come on down to enjoy dinner and build relationships

Gobble Up Hunger Food Drive TOMORROW!

Sign up to participate at the doors or on the truck by simply click here. Invite family or friends to join you! This event is great for everyone, including elementary age kids with their parents!
Ways to Participate:
Door Volunteer- Standing outside offering a flier to incoming customers. Saying something like, "HI. Would you like to help us help the hungry?" or "HI. We are collecting food for local food pantries and the food bank if you would like to help by purchasing one or more items on the list." or even "HI. Its as easy as 1, 2, 3. You can place your donation in the cart on your way out. We will do the rest."
Truck- Volunteer on the truck sorting & organizing donations. Unloading carts onto the truck and keeping the parking lot and surrounding area clean. (Must be able to bend, lift and climb)
Water Bottles- Donation - 1 case of Bottled Water for volunteers. Thanks!
