Our students did a great job of serving this past weekend. Students helped in preparing a few of our items for coffee bar, made and served breakfast for the Men's Shelter, and then participated on the Worship Team and Coffee Bar! It was a busy weekend, but God was glorified!Student Serve weekends are all about helping students see how they can use their giftedness for God's glory. It is also an opportunity for them to experience God using them for His greater purposes.
Thanks to all the parents who make this possible by bringing students to extra meetings and dropping them off at 8am on Sunday (or 5am on Friday!). Also, thanks to all the students who sacrificed sleep to participate in these ways! I pray that you are confident of the smile you put on God's face!After a weekend of service, it is fun to let down with friends!
