We celebrated the final night with the men from the shelter in Life Bridge style... food!
It has been a great 6 months of hosting the Men's Shelter on Thursday nights. The energy on Thursdays is awesome as the team and men from the shelter all hang out and visit while the Worship team practices. These evenings will be a little less exciting these next 6 months. The men will be missed!
Thanks to those who faithfully made this ministry possible this year: Tim Qualkenbush, Dave Huitsing, Laurie Carmichael, Caden Muir, Scott Feeler, Keith & Sara Jax, John Little, all who provided and served breakfast, and all those who helped with laundry. You have had a huge impact!
Our goal is not only to provide these men with a place to stay and a meal, but to get to know them, encourage and build them up, and to love them the way Christ would. As you talk with these men, it is clear that God is working in just that way! They love staying at Life Bridge! Okay, sure they'd love their own place, but Life Bridge is okay too!
