November has been a big month…
Leading off with International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church
We learned about and prayed for those far and near, who are suffering physically for their faith, yet rejoicing as hope is shared and Christ is embraced in the middle of persecution. The most powerful weapon in our arsenal is prayer and we joined forces with brothers and sisters around the world to pray for their families, their persecutors, their strength, their endurance, and for their battle to not be in vain.Continue to pray and celebrate what God is doing with the Monthly Prayer Calendar. Pick up a brochure at the Ministry Counter or subscribe to have them delivered to your email weekly.

Operation Christmas Child
Life Bridge has provided 100 shoeboxes and sufficient funds for shipping this year. These boxes will make their way to OCC Centers which will add materials that will share the Good News of Jesus to each one. Take some time to read and celebrate the amazing things that God has already done through OCC. Continue to pray for the child that will be using the washcloth, toothbrush, toy… you donated. Celebrate even now the seeds that have been planted and how He uses us in such simple ways to make an eternal impact.

500 Turkeys
2015 was another successful year of providing meals for 1100 families! The celebrations extend to volunteers as well as meal recipients. God is at work on both sides – giving volunteers a glimpse of how He wants to work through them in tangible ways to share His love; and for recipients as they realize they are not alone and are supported in meeting their practical needs.
Celebrate what God has done in so many lives… in individuals, in organizations, and in churches as we join together around His purpose.
As the body of Christ has continued to work together more and more each year, the additional space made available this year has offered benefits both anticipated and unanticipated… one example is that while every year the donated food items have been prayed for by those at Life Bridge as part of our service, the food not being there to touch and pray over provided a new opportunity… an opportunity for those participating in the boxing nights to lay their hands on the food and pray for it. What a powerful way to communicate to all the volunteers that it is God that will take our efforts and do incredible things with them… more than we ask or imagine!
