Many Sightings

It's been ten days since my last post in "God Sightings," but I've seen Him at work every one of those days.  Besides the "normal places" I enjoy seeing God at work (like Weekend Services, Small Groups, Homeless Shelter, Lifetree Cafe, Team Meetings, etc.), I also have the privilege of seeing God working to prepare us for the Porter County Fair.  

We've sent out letters.  We've sent out emails.  We're still making phone calls. People are beginning to respond.  Faxes, emails, texts and phone conversations are all happening and God is beginning to open doors one at a time.

Our Mission is to "Empower one more to walk together with God."  This is a great opportunity for us to do this.  We walk with God by living out Jesus' prayer in John 17.  We walk together by working together in the various areas and promoting the Church as a whole.  We empower one more when they begin walking with God in His Church.
