We are looking at the Israelites who have left Egypt and are now wandering in the desert for 40 years because they have failed to trust God in the taking of the Promised Land. They were preparing their kids to live in a new place without them… surrounded by strangers, even enemies. What was important to pass along? We find the answer in the first 5 books of the Bible.
