Catastrophe Survival Discussed at Lifetree Café
Practical steps people can take to prepare for the worst will be discussed at Lifetree Café.
The Lifetree event, titled "Preparing for the Worst: How to Survive a Catastrophe," features filmed interviews with a United States Geological Survey earthquake expert and with self-reliance expert Ron Douglas.
"Both natural disasters and personal tragedies can strike our lives at any time," says Lifetree Café representative Craig Cable. "We can take steps now to help prepare. But how far is too far?"
Admission to the 60-minute event is free. Snacks and beverages are available. Lifetree Café is a place where people gather for conversation about life and faith in a casual coffeehouse-type setting.
